Pingxiang County Intelligent Robotics and Smart Toy Manufacturing Project

This project is situated in Hegumiao Town, Pingxiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province—specifically located to the north of Wei'er Road and to the east of Fenghe Road. The total gross floor area spans 127,800 square meters, comprising 107,287.6 square meters of standardized factory workshops and 20,511.35 square meters of comprehensive office facilities. The project's core characteristics lie in the functional integration typical of an "industrial complex" and the standardized design principles of "Industry 4.0." Far from being a traditional, single-purpose production facility, it is a modern industrial park that seamlessly integrates R&D, manufacturing, office administration, and living amenities.

The production zones (e.g., Workshops 1 through 5) primarily utilize steel structures, while supporting facilities—such as the comprehensive office building and R&D center—employ a reinforced concrete frame structure. This structural combination effectively meets the requirement for large-span production spaces while simultaneously ensuring the comfort and structural stability of the office areas; the estimated steel consumption for the project is approximately 3,500 to 4,000 tons.
